Sylvia
Sylvia has developed some medical issues, so she is now a sanctuary bunny. Sylvia originally came from a hoarding case in Huber Heights, outside of Dayton, Ohio. The Cleveland APL took her on as a foster bun, but they quickly learned she was traumatized from her previous “home” so she was not adoptable. In 2014, this adorable little brown and white dutch girl came to live with Kristen Doherty. We thought she could be adopted by experienced bunny people who accepted her for who she is, but unfortunately that didn’t happen.
Here is her original posting — Sylvia is great with her litterbox, keeps her pen very tidy, and loves her three-story condo house. She is a cautious girl; you have to earn her trust. But once you do, she is a loyal and loving soul who will open your heart to new adventures.
Our sanctuary rabbits require special love and care. Their home is with us at the sanctuary and they are not available for adoption. You can directly support these rabbits by sponsoring them.
